The good news is that when I select an additional audio source, avermedia bda analog capture does mix in with it, so to get by, I turn down the MIC level from the camera which is connected to the HDMI port. There’s the way you need and I can’t tell from your description. As you know, Vegas certainly does not support this kind of capture.
